1. A Healthy Morning
Tom wakes up early every morning. He knows that staying healthy is important. First, he drinks a glass of water to stay hydrated (保持水分). Then, he goes outside for a short run. Running helps his heart (心脏) stay strong.
After the run, Tom eats a healthy breakfast. He has oatmeal (燕麦) with fresh fruit and nuts. This gives him energy for the day. Tom avoids (避免) eating too much sugar because it can make him feel tired later.
In the afternoon, Tom takes a break to stretch (伸展) his muscles. He also makes sure to drink water throughout the day. At night, Tom sleeps for eight hours, which helps his body recover (恢复).
Tom's healthy habits keep him feeling good every day!
2. Sarah Feels ill
One day, Sarah woke up feeling very tired. Her head hurt, and she felt weak (虚弱). She knew something was wrong. Sarah told her mother, "I feel ill (生病了)."
Her mother checked her temperature and saw that she had a fever (发烧). "You need to rest," her mother said. Sarah stayed in bed all day. She drank warm tea and ate some soup to help her feel better.

One day, Lily forgets to brush her teeth before bed. The next morning, she feels a sharp pain (疼痛) in her tooth. It's a toothache (牙痛)! She feels uncomfortable all day and can't eat her favorite food.

5. Anna's Healthy Habits
Anna loves taking care of her health. Every morning, she practices yoga (瑜伽) to help her body stay flexible (灵活的) and calm her mind. Yoga also helps Anna breathe deeply, which is good for her lungs (肺).
For lunch, Anna likes to eat a salad with lots of vegetables, like carrots, spinach (菠菜), and tomatoes. These vegetables are full of vitamins (维生素) that help her skin stay healthy. Anna also drinks green tea because it's good for digestion (消化).
In the evening, Anna enjoys walking in the park. Walking helps her relax after a busy day. She makes sure to go to bed early so she can get enough sleep. Good sleep helps her brain rest and get ready for the next day.

6. Visiting Grandma at the Hospital
Sarah's grandma was sick, so Sarah decided to visit her in the hospital (医院). She brought flowers and a card to cheer her up. When Sarah arrived, she saw that her grandma was resting (休息) in bed.
“Hi, Grandma! How are you feeling?” Sarah asked.
“I'm feeling a little better,” her grandma replied with a smile.
Sarah sat next to her and talked about her day. She knew that talking to her grandma would make her feel happier. They also played a small game to pass the time.

7. Sarah's Fall

A kind stranger saw what happened and came to help her. “Are you okay?” he asked. Sarah nodded but said her leg hurt. The stranger suggested that she sit on a nearby bench and rest for a moment. He gave her some water and checked if she could move her leg.
Sarah was lucky she didn't break anything, but her knee was swollen (肿胀). The stranger helped her walk to a nearby clinic (诊所) to get her injury checked. The doctor told her to rest for a few days and use ice to reduce the swelling.

8. Getting a Vaccine
